Clubs@Home Program Activities, Week of August 17

We are excited to welcome members to select Club locations and invite you to register now for fall programming. In addition, Boys & Girls Clubs staff have compiled a multitude of fun and educational activities for members and their families to enjoy. We encourage you to enjoy these activities to ensure learning continues at home.

        Support for Caregivers: Hi Caregivers! This week we will be talking about healthy relationships. It is important to make sure that we surround ourselves with healthy relationships instead of toxic ones. To start off the week we wanted to share with you an article that helps you define and recognize healthy relationships. In healthy relationships we can set boundaries and our friends and family will respect them. Take a look at this article to see what is and isn’t a healthy relationship.

        Hi Caregivers! Today we have a short video for you to watch on how to be a good friend. While some may be more confident in their friend-making skills than others, making friends is something that we should always be well practiced in, and the easiest way to make friends is to be a good friend. We have talked much about how to recognize healthy versus unhealthy relationships and this video will provide you with information on how to ensure you are projecting healthy relationships.
