Your in-kind gift not only helps us keep these vital resources flowing but also lowers our costs—so we can keep offering safe spaces and life-changing programs. In-Kind Giving Opportunities
Thank you for your willingness to donate items on behalf of the youth we serve. Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee accepts new and gently used items that align with the current needs of our Clubs. We gratefully welcome donations that can be put to immediate use within a Club or program. As our ability to transport items is limited, your assistance with delivering large donations is deeply appreciated.
We cannot accept clothing, bedding, or motorized vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc.) We DO accept pedal bikes. Learn more about our policies.
Higher priority items are listed first.
Furniture
Furniture that is new or gently used for lounge rooms, especially couches and recliners
Storage
Storage including bookcases, cabinets, shelving, and more
Art Supplies
Art supplies such as paint, construction paper, markers, colored pencils, and jewelry-making supplies
Water Bottles
Water Bottles such as reusable water bottles
Camp Equipment
Camp equipment such as canoe paddles, diving sticks, kickboards, and archery equipment
Sports Equipment
Sports equipment such as basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, basketball hoops, and soccer nets
School Supplies
School supplies such as pens, pencils, paper, notebooks, drawstring bags, and backpacks
Games
Games such as board games, foosball, and pool tables
Decorations
Decorations for family and holiday events, and for teacher boards
Books
Books especially for middle school-aged youth, both in English and Spanish
Electronic Supplies
Electronic supplies including smart boards, laptops, headphones, and gaming consoles for teens
STEM-Related Toys
STEM-related toys including blocks and building toys, robotics supplies, and other STEM-related crafts and activities for youth
Tickets to Sporting and Cultural Events
Tickets to sporting events, especially the Milwaukee Bucks and Milwaukee WAVE, and tickets to Arts and other performances
How to Give
Thank you for considering a donation to our Clubs! Some donations are large, so advance coordination helps us welcome you with open arms. One of our team members will be there to greet you, right at the door or parking lot, ready to assist. We appreciate your commitment to recycling and sustainability, and your thoughtful donation helps support the kids we serve.
