When given a safe place to learn and play, kids and teens are able to reach their academic potential and begin taking steps toward a positive and successful future.
Every day, Milwaukee youth come through our doors to meet positive role models, receive academic support and participate in life-changing programming. Every kid deserves a bright future, which is why there is a place at the Clubs for every kid.
Thanks to the Clubs’ caring mentors, members stay engaged in supervised activities, whether they are in the gym or the art room. They also receive a free evening meal and snacks – because no kid should go to bed hungry. In addition, Clubs partner with other local nonprofit organizations to provide members and families with access to important resources.
Boys & Girls Clubs provides academic support including tutoring and educational programming, which gives members unique learning opportunities and a chance to explore new interests.
Many of our Clubs are located within Milwaukee schools, and through a growing partnership with Milwaukee Public Schools, members have easy access to academic facilities and direct collaboration with educators. We help support youth every step of the way with homework help, job training and college application assistance.
